The philosphy of my practice is to provide affordable therapeutic massage to my clients. I realize that every client has different needs. In some cases clients are seeking therapy to the feet or shoulder or low back on certain days. At other times, they may be seeking relaxation techniques to help reduce stress. On other occasions, it may be stiffness in the neck causing restricted
range of motion issues on a particular day. Whatever the issue, Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork will design an idividualized plan for a therapy session. Many times these sessions will include a variety of modalities such as muscular stretching and therapeutic massage or infrared heat and therapeutic massage. Sometimes cold laser therapy is used in combination as well. And even though the session may include multiple varieties of therapy, the price is always the same, there is never an upcharge. 

I enjoy massage. I see and feel the benefits myself. While massage is not a cure for ailments or disease, it does have an amazing effect on the human body and is a very powerful tool in maintaining a healthier you.

I have always been active in sports and I encourage activity with my own family. Sometimes it's a dedication to sports and healthy exercise and sometimes just the benefit of a healthy walk or bike ride to keep the body moving.
